My stay at the hotel was secure with a metal frame door and deadbolt. The service was kind and helpful, and the hotel was not too far from downtown and restaurants. The dining was ok, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and in a good location, but unacceptable due to a leak from the bathroom light fixture and worn-out furniture in need of repair. The service was mostly wonderful, with cheerful and helpful staff, although there was an issue with accepting identification for check-in. The location was excellent for exploring Cabo San Lucas, being close to major attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was basic but adequate for starting the day, although cutlery hygiene could be improved.
The hotel is in a lively area near downtown Cabo, offering a vibrant party environment close to the marina where all the bars and restaurants are. The rooms are spacious and come with 2 large queen beds and a sofa area, making them suitable for a group stay. However, noise levels can be an issue, affecting the quality of sleep.
